1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GenDomain's services ("Service"), available through gendomain.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GenDomain provides the following services:

• Creation of professional websites for businesses and SMEs
• Website hosting on gendomain.xyz subdomains or custom domains
• Maintenance and technical support according to the subscribed plan
• Additional services such as custom domain, visual editor and SEO blog

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are displayed on the website and may be changed with 30 days' notice
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each period
• VAT is applied in accordance with Portuguese legislation

4. Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the client panel
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• After cancellation, the website remains accessible until the end of the paid period
• Site data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted

5. Client Obligations

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information about your business
• Not use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Not publish content that violates third-party rights
• Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials

6. Intellectual Property

The content of your website (texts, logos, images of your business) remains the property of the client. GenDomain's design, code and templates are the property of GenDomain and are licensed for use while the subscription is active.

7. Service Availability

We make every effort to keep the Service available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party issues or force majeure.

8. Limitation of Liability

GenDomain shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the last 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email with a minimum of 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
