1. Right to Refund
At GenDomain, we want you to be satisfied with our service. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following refund conditions:
- First 14 days: full refund, no questions asked
- 15 to 30 days: proportional refund for unused time
- After 30 days: no refund, but you can cancel at any time to avoid renewal
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include the email associated with your account and the reason for the request
- We process the request within 5 business days
3. Processing
- The refund is processed using the same payment method used for the purchase
- The crediting period depends on the bank/card operator (typically 5-10 business days)
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated
4. Exceptions
Refunds do not apply in the following cases:
- Custom domain services already registered (non-refundable third-party costs)
- Customisation work already delivered and approved by the client
- Violation of the Terms of Service by the client
5. Cancellation vs Refund
Subscription cancellation and refund are separate processes. You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges, without necessarily requesting a refund. The website remains accessible until the end of the paid period.
